Only one was delivered damaged and the other is still missing in action I guess. Contacted the seller and they sent out a new order with UPS and arrived today in great shape. The seller took care of things and I will definitely use them again.

I contacted their customer service and described the problem. After a couple of email exchanges they stopped responding, so I canceled the order and requested a refund and prepaid return. No response. I have been a good repeat customer and have several of their products in use currently. But this has happened before. They can either ship the correct product or cancel the sale and credit my account.
