Thank goodness the bottle was not damaged. I am giving a positive review because I just wanted to tell you that the shipping bag was torn open and maybe for your larger bottles you should pack them a little more secure. I contacted Iogear to be sure I wasn't doing something wrong, but they told me it was just a defective unit. As soon as I let secret toy boxxx know, they immediately sent a replacement, which they kindly tested, and it works great! My grandson is very happy. Customer service was fabulous.
