Sent someone else’s. Instead of other customer and myself sending back our parts He made new ones and shipped them and contacted us before we received. He also showed pictures of what custom parts look like before shipping. I have dealt with seller a bunch of times before. always on time the right part etc.etc…class act over there,new part was shipped and probably receive it today. thanks

USPS held on to them for a couple extra days but that is not on the seller. I ordered multiple items and everything arrived in pristine condition and as described, Good quality parts to finish a guitar build. Reasonable pricing and able to combine shipping. Excellent seller. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase, the value of having all the different viscosity’s plus the tips, activator and remover all in one solid hard case is indispensable and definitely cheaper than buying them all separately for sure. Great seller I will definitely be buying from them again!

He hadn't shipped so canceled the original order and sent clear instructions (and a link) to order the correct item. Super helpful and easy. Part arrived a day early with a free sticker and useful measuring tool business card. Very happy with the seller, the part, and the experience.
