Called them to discuss the missing piece and they asked me to call back (seems the person I needed to talk to wasn't available) . So I thanked them with the understanding that I would call back. Next thing I know the part is showing up at my door. Don't know how they did that but I got what I needed. If everything works 100% I'll be happy. A 5 star rating if the original shipment was complete.

USPS always gives me bad experiences. I always look for sellers to give options like FEDEX,UPS, DHL etc... but this time no way to change the company.
