By purchasing our products you are agreeing to accept the terms & conditions of our store.
Please see below our full terms & conditions:
1. Please read our Terms & Conditions before purchasing any products from us.
2. Please read all of the Product Description before purchasing, as this can include key information about the product you are purchasing.
3. We are unable to discuss external websites and selling outside of the eBay platform, due to their rules. If you ask us about this, we will have to deny this information.
4. If a parcel ordered from us is missing, you will need to contact the courier with a tracking number to search for this.
5. We are not liable for a courier mishandling or damaging goods, however, we can open an investigation on your behalf with the courier.
6. Our company is based in the UK, meaning British Bank Holidays will cause delivery times to vary slightly from any days off due to these.
7. We are only in-office between Monday - Friday, orders made on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped for delivery Monday afternoon.
8. Our delivery cut-off times are as stated below:
a. Butane Gas - 12am
b. Vaporizers and other products - 3pm
Butane
1. By purchasing this item you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 years old. However, we will still require checks in order to authenticate yourself and your age for our records.
2. We do not ship this item outside of UK Mainland.
3. This product CAN NOT travel via air or on an aeroplane, as it is a pressurised gas and taking this by air travel is illegal.
4. As the buyer, you will need to be aware of the rules and travel regulations of this item.
5. This product must be kept away from fire, as it is highly flammable and could potentially be dangerous in this situation.
Vaporizers
1. By purchasing this item you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 years old. However, we will still require checks in order to authenticate yourself and your age for our records.
2. We do not ship these items outside of UK Mainland.
3. Admin fees are also needed if the vaporizer has been used, even if it is returned before the 30 day period.
Returns and Refunds
1. All returns must be authorised prior to return, this can be arranged via requesting a return authorisation through the eBay Messaging System. Please do not rely on external mail.
2. Once authorised return the merchandise within a 30 day time frame from our purchase date.
3. PLEASE NOTE - Any item sent and stamped after the 30-day period has expired will be refused.
4. Should your order arrive damage or receive an incorrect product, we require photographic evidence of this and how it arrived to you, in order to handle the return. Without photographic evidence, we cannot guarantee an immediate solution and we cannot rectify an incorrect order without this. THIS IS THE SAME PROCEDURE FOR INCORRECT ITEMS SENT.
5. Photographic evidence - The evidence we require is images of the invoice that came inside the parcel, the product itself and the packaging it came in.
6. Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition, in which the item was received, and enclose details of your eBay User Id and Item Number.
7. Please ensure that the package has a tracking number, should it become mislaid in the post, which can occur from time-to-time.
8. If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact Us within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods, once returned back to us.
9. If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign any applicable delivery note to the effect that the Goods have been damaged. We would need to be notified within 48 working-day hours with images of evidence, in order to start an investigation.
10. If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Us within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return.
11. If you are a consumer based within the European Union, you have a statutory right to a ‘cooling off’ period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 14 calendar days after the Goods have been delivered to you.
12. Please contact us if you wish to return any items BEFORE you return them, as returning them without prior knowledge will only lengthen the refund process.
13. Refunds will only be given on two main occasions:
a. If the item has been returned back to us and been looked at.
b. If an investigation has been opened with the courier for any missing or damaged Goods and has come back in your favour.
Payments
1. We accept: PayPal or card payment over the telephone. PayPal is our preferred method of payment, since it ensures quick delivery of the merchandise. However, please note that we will post to the address provided with your PayPal payment. Once your order has been made we CANNOT change the address for insurance reasons.
2. Admin Fees may be required. We do not charge admin fees if the product has been been with you less than 30 days, however, if the product is damaged we will need an admin fee.
3. Admin fees can be charged 30 days after the sale as it is past our store warranty.
4. Admin fees are also needed if the vaporizer has been used, even if it is returned before the 30 day period.
Delivery and Shipping
1. Please make sure you enter your delivery address correctly as we are NOT able to change this once your order has been placed, due to eBay rules.
2. Once your item has been dispatched we will send you a tracking number through eBay for the courier delivery.
3. IMPORTANT - Royal Mail 48 hour tracking service (also known as CRL) is NOT a guaranteed 48 hour service, this is recognised by the eBay team and any delays that can rarely occur is not our jurisdiction.
4. Express 24 hour courier services are for UK Mainland addresses only. Delivery to Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Europe will take longer and will cost more. If your postcode is shown in the list below please contact us straight away as you will need to pay additional delivery before we can send your parcel.
5. Delivery requests that are made are not guaranteed.
6. Delivery requests void a products warranty.
7. The additional delivery cost will vary depending on the postcode. If you live in Ireland, please select the standard international delivery option.
8. You are responsible to be available for the delivery time to receive your parcel.
9. We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. We are delivering to an address NOT an individual. If you asked for the goods to be left safe and they are not there we or the courier accept no responsibility for the theft. If our courier logs a consignment as having been delivered and it is not there you must assume it has been stolen. In these cases we will provide you all the help we can, but it is up to you to contact and deal with the Police.
10. It is your responsibility to make sure the members of the household or address that the delivery is going to are trustworthy and will not take the parcel.
11. If there is not a person at the delivery address, you are responsible to collect the parcel from a collection depot, if this is where your parcel is being held.
12. We are not responsible for natural disasters, extreme conditions and courier delays, that make the delivery of a parcel late.
13. Delivery to Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Europe will take longer and will cost more. If your postcode is shown in the list below please contact us straight away with the contact information provided in our seller details or by eBay messages, as you will need to pay additional delivery before we can send your parcel. The additional delivery cost will vary depending on the post code. If you live in Ireland please select the standard international delivery option.

Warranty
1. We offer a 30 day return policy on all unused and undamaged items. The item will need to be returned to us for inspection for which a refund will be offered to all returned undamaged goods (unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer for which then damaged/faulty goods would be accepted) excluding the original postage costs unless the item is faulty. The order will not be refunded until the product has been inspected, these must be returned in the state it was sent in.
2. Simply request the return the purchased item within 30 days for a full refund. We are confident that you will not wish to return our item as every care has been taken to ensure the item arrives exactly in line with our own high expectations. However, for peace of mind we have a 30-day money back facility.
3. The warranty does not cover user error, water damage or breaking any products.
4. Delivery requests void a product's warranty.
5. After 30 days, the warranty is no longer valid with us and it will any problems will need to be brought to the attention of the manufacturer directly, this will be done by yourself.
