Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay includes VAT at the current UK rate of 20%.

If you live in the EU and you are NOT vat registered you will pay the same 20% VAT as UK residents, if you are registered for VAT just send us your VAT number and you will pay the price shown less 20%.
Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
Payment Currency
Please note that all transactions will be taken in GBP. If you have selected a different currency then the amount charged may be slightly different to that displayed in the checkout based on your bank exchange rates at the time of the order.

Import Bans - PLEASE NOTE : We cannot be held responsible for any import duties that your order may incur, nor for confiscation by Customs in certain countries due to banned substances like alcohol which is in items like Aftershaves and Colognes. Please check BEFORE ordering.
DELAYED OR LOST DELIVERIES
UK orders typically arrive within or 1-2 days (First Class Post). However, there can be delays in the Royal Mail network, especially in busy seasons e.g. run up to Christmas or with adverse weather conditions during the Winter season.
A lost parcel is a rare occurrence and typically an order that has not arrived in the time frames quoted above usually arrives a few days later. Please bear in mind that Royal Mail only declare a parcel as officially lost after 15 working days (25 days for overseas deliveries).
If an order appears to be delayed it is worth checking with your local sorting office to see if Royal Mail have attempted delivery and not left a calling card. They may also have left it on the premises e.g. behind a garden gate etc. without leaving a calling card.

RETURNS POLICY
14 day returns guarantee.
The 14 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund -see our Refunds Policy below.
Please note: For hygienic reasons we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We are unable to exchange used items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. We are unable to offer refunds on opened/used razor blades, soaps, creams, gels, aftershaves, colognes, pomades or any other consumables for the same reasons of hygiene

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase up to 14 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part we will offer a full refund or an exchange.
Please note that we do not pay for the cost of returning the item to us.

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
