    A series of unfortunate events. Ordered with a dvd which was found wanting so cancelled and refunded quickly. A book arrived, but not the two books (and slipcase) advertised. ISBN issue? Initially I could not locate it as I expected an appropriately bulky package. Once notified, WoB customer service stepped up and I was asked to choose a book at a similar price point as compensation. This is why I use WoB so often - things do go wrong sometimes but they respond appropriately. Many many thanks.

    Sadly my cd arrived damaged during transit, it would have arrived well packaged in great condition for great value. I contacted the seller who unfortunately didn't have a replacement copy but asked me to make a choice of an alternative which I did. 2 days later the replacement arrived well packaged in excellent condition. Its just a shame that not all services provide such a professional standard as the seller.
