  I found my perfect laptop and these seller deliver it to me. Item was in a good condition, but had some tiny screen scratches that were not mentioned into the description. Item was shipped quickly, and very well packed. Seller communication was very good, he answer promptly to all the questions. Overall while not perfect (nothing ever is), I do like the unit they sent. Thank you !

  Shipping was fast and came on time. Packaging was very secure. The laptop is better than what was described, it’s basically in mint condition and came with the original charger. Worth the buy and glad I went with the Very Good condition. Questions were answered timely and were thorough. Would recommend & plan on taking another look in the future. I’d add photos, but I’ve already personalized everything. Thank you so much!

  I highly recommend this seller and this specific laptop it's money wise, i purchasedit twice one throught ebay international (very slow delivery and as usual didn't deliver despite the seller shipped it rapidly however high cost shipping)i insisted on buying it from the seller through ups expedite rapid delivery in less than one week delived and the seller is very good communicating , to summerize item as descriped, cost effective money wise, seller is trusted

  Could not speak more highly of this seller. I purchased a laptop from them in Feb 2025. I liked the unit and asked if they had something extremely specific for another purchase. They came back with a variety of options. After purchasing the 2nd unit I had some technical issues with it, and they helped me several times, including doing 2 replacements until I was satisfied with working solution in the end. Knowledgeable and responsive. Highly recommend for refurbished PC's.

  Laptop and charger look and function like brand-new. Secure packaging with the appropriate laptop bubble cell to protect the laptop in the box. All is exactly as described. I won't hesitate to use this seller for my next one.
