    Seller posted the item promptly, but the parcel was delayed in the post. I reported it and they refunded me very quickly. I bought the item again from another source and eventually the original item arrived, leaving me with two items. The seller sent me a link to return the original item F.O.C. The delayed parcel wasn't their fault and the problem was quickly sorted. Good sellers and I'd have no worries using them again. I'm happy. The actual item fits well and is well made. Good price too.

    Excellent seller. My order was out of stock and I was very quickly offered a slightly better alternative at no extra cost. Super-fast delivery, and, upon opening the box, the shoes were exactly as offered, and a free pair of good quality socks were included. This was a very nice customer service gesture which I appreciate. Thus purchase could not be any better. I am very pleased. Thank you.

    I am very satisfied with my purchase! The item was shipped incredibly fast and arrived sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. It was exactly as described in the listing, meeting all my expectations. The quality is great, especially considering the price, making it a fantastic value for money.     The shoes were exactly as shown. I was so happy to find this particular color available at Start Fitness. I bookmarked this company to shop here again. Stellar customer service. More than 5 stars for sure. I had several questions prior to purchasing and they answered quickly and efficiently…and pleasantly. I don’t know how the shoes got from UK to NC in the US in 4 business days, but they did. Amazing service. They even included a gift of some pretty awesome socks. Thank you very much

    The trainers are absolutely perfect! So happy with this purchase. Excellent price too. The delivery was extremely fast also. It was a lovely thing to also receive a free pair of quality running socks in the shoe box! This was a great purchase. This seller is the best! A++++++++ I hope to be a repeat customer if I see anything I fancy -(I'm currently looking for black colour, Adidas Originals ZX running range & Adidas Terrex running/walking range, size UK 12.5) on eBay. Seller saved.

    5 ⭐️service. Thank you for the excellent service. This running shoes arrived very well packaged and faster than expected. They were carefully packed and when I opened the box there was a lovely pair of running socks enclosed, all nice touches, that shows care. As an overpronator I have been wearing Asics kayanos for the last 10 years, I'm finding these Brooks superior. Very pleased with this service and cannot recommend this seller highly enough. Buy with confidence 😊👍
