    The item I received was exactly as described. Scalamobil is a heavy item to be shipped from Germany to New York. But the seller took his time to separate it into 3 pieces and packed each one carefully. Everything was received in perfect condition. He also took detailed pictures when he was dismantling the unit which was very helpful putting it together here. Seller followed up the shipment step by step and informed me about the progress. I want to thank the seller for his excellent service.

    Die Genauigkeit des Liefertermins IN DIE SCHWEIZ (nicht EU!) war beeindrucken! Es wurde alles geliefert, in zwei grossen Kartons, mit recht viel Styropor, und obwohl sich die ganze Ware während des Transports recht gut bewegt hat, kam alles an und der Treppenlift hat auch funktioniert.
