  Power bank was received in a damaged box that had already been opened. No cable was included so I tried several of my own (which I know are working) but the power bank failed to charge. I contacted the seller to report that it was faulty, but they failed to respond. I requested a return via Ebay and it was confirmed that the seller received the returned item, but I did not receive my refund by the due date. I had to ask Ebay to step in again to arrange refund. I will now avoid this seller.
