  This is inappropriate and abusive behavior. The remote was shipped out well packed and in great condition. It was clearly crushed with considerable force sometime after that. I acted in good faith and issued a FULL REFUND, without question. As an additional courtesy to the buyer, I did not ask for the item's return with original packaging for inspection. SELLERS BEWARE!
