The packages were incorrectly scanned whilst being offloaded from our Postman's van into the Galashiels depot. Thankfully this was spotted and corrected at Edinburgh MC and all mail was processed and delivered as expected without any delay to customers. I have been assured that this won't happen again.

It was very securely packed and quickly dispatched. Consternation both to the Seller and myself was caused by Royal Mail who excelled themselves by scanning the item as "delivered" at the very first stop in its long journey south. Crucially, the Seller lost no time in ascertaining that the glitch was due simply to human error and nothing more sinister!
