    I had a very good experience with this seller. The item (cherub) was accurately described. Good communication in negotiating a price. Quick turnaround in shipping. Unfortunate the poor little cherub appeared he was run over by a USPS truck. He was severely damaged....terminal! I contacted the seller with photos and got an immediate response. He was agreeable to initiating the USPS claim and provided me an immediate refund. An honorable seller! Top notch! Very positive!

    Item just as described, great condition. I couldn’t find the pitcher locally and was pleasantly surprised to find it at the price paid here on eBay. Packed well and shipped quickly, arrived earlier than the original estimate! Very happy, would purchase from this seller again.

    Fast shipping, item as described. When it arrived, the item was damp (with some condensation) inside the packaging which was a bit weird since the outer packaging was dry, but overall a good experience. Thank you!

    Fantastic, careful packing of glass ashtray which is really lovely in person. I am so happy you listed it and thankyou for reaching out when the USPS ended up delaying delivery for so long.
