  I had issues with the delivery due to where I live but the seller was really helpful and patient with me while we managed to figure things out. I haven't actually been able to take the plushy out of the packaging yet seeing as its a present but from what I've seen it looks to be in good quality and condition and the person I bought it for was ecstatic when they saw the plush so I'm really happy with my purchase!
