  Item was as described, and the price was good. But although the seller made a label three days after I paid, the seller took over 7 days after I paid to get the item to USPS, and there weren’t any holidays in that period. I think eBay still says 2 days is the appropriate amount of time. Luckily, I was able to do without it until it arrived.

  The item that was listed was incorrect. I received a similar but different product than what was listed. I contacted seller who did not actually have the product listed so they offered a small discount by refund on the purchase price or for a return. (Since I did not want to pay for shipping, I accepted a small refund). Seller hasn't provided refund yet after more than a month and numerous reminders. I'm done with sending reminders.
