  Phone is as described. Brand new in a sealed box with all the accessories..its all set up very easily with smart switch..no problem at all Well packaged..it took a week and half to arrive But you could track its progress..excellent product and seller. I would highly recommend this seller Thanks

  Item appears new and sealed (shrink-wrapped) as described, although was missing both of the tamper-evident stickers apparent on the box of the 1 VI I returned to another seller and in some unboxing videos online. Possibly a newer revision of the device as a factory reset included Android 15 and the USB port appears unused so no concerns. Packaging on top was great, but was not padded on the bottom. Free case and EU charger was provided. Arrived a week earlier than expected. Thumbs up.

  Great phone! Received it as described, new in a sealed box. Only the white transparent protector have lots of spots/scratches on it, but I guess it's from manufacturer like that. Overall, very happy with the purchase! Definitely, will buy again , great seller!

  Phone is as described, apparently completely new and not a single dent. It took 3 weeks to deliver almost at limit day but it was within Ebay's expected time frame. Pretty good packaging, included Sony charger but it doesn't activate fast charging tho, also included a phone silicone case which is nice, totally recommended, thank you.

  Delivery great, communication great, appearance great however the phones software tells me it's a unsecure device. Seller offered a return for this which i appreciate but I'd rather have had an advert that described it as such. I have chosen to keep it as a novelty toy and not the phone I hoped I'd ordered. My disappointment is more in my expectations than the service. Live and learn and I'm glad i rolled the dice.

  Everything that was listed in the ad was 100% on point. Box was sealed and all the accessories were there aswel. The battery unfortunately had taken a 💩 so had to contact seller about the issue. That all could have gone a bit better but not the end of the world. I will purchase from this seller again as things happen.
