We got the reconditioned power head and wand, and it worked SO well. In fact, we didn't' realize how poorly our old one was performing until we received this one. What a difference! We had only purchased it when the cord on our old one burnt up. So the lack of good suction on the old one wasn't noticed until this new one arrived and worked so much better.
