  Item arrived but cord was not the described length. Seller was responsive to finding a solution and eventually made it right by finding and sending more cord. good communication.

  The first item the seller sent took forever to arrive only to be the wrong item. The product box was quite damaged. I contacted the seller and he quickly sent the correct item. Opened that box and there’s no power cord for the vtech camera! Incredibly disappointing and not a great way to do business.
