  It was shipped on time and it was very well packaged. I ran into a problem with the nvme drive failing but that was not the vendors fault. They responded quickly to my queries and apologized when a solution didn't present itself. I replaced the drive and reinstalled windows which seemed to solve the problem. All in all, i cannot complain since the laptop works better than my old one. I would do business with this seller again and would cautiously recommend them. They seem to be good people.

  Such a helpful seller! Arrived extremely fast and just as described! Super well packed with miles of bubble wrap and a fragile sticker! Will definitely look for excuses to shop here again!

  Repeat Customer. Everything always as advertised. I've purchased multiple items for various family members who don't have ebay. Seller quickly resolved missing package the 1x time I had a issue; it was a postal delay not the seller. Recommended!

  The item was in a bit worse condition than described, I brought the issue up with the seller and they asked for additional details an images, I sent those to them through eBay messages and they were helpful in responding and resolving the issue. Sometimes they can take a few days to respond, be patient!

  Edit: If the seller ever does follow up and attempt to offer support for my small issue, I would edit the comment. As it is right now, buying from this seller is hit or miss. If the item you get is accurate to what is described, good on you. If it is not, do not expect any support from the seller.
