    This is a great item, but the tracking number provided was never tended to the carrier for almost 10 days. I reached out to the seller and received no reply. I was going to request a refund and forgot to open a case. Ultimately, I got the items, but seller was slow shipping and never responded to my messages. If I could do it over again, I would not shop here. Life happens and things are beyond our control, but it only takes a few seconds to communicate that to the buyers.
