    Ordered a palm pal for my daughter for Easter did not arrive the tracking they give me does not work and still haven’t received a refund, they are saying it’s Royal Mail and still making me wait for a refund! AVOID!

    posted and sent tracking !! royal mail do not class missing until 15 working days so asked to wait till then so we can claim back with royal mil as THEY deliver not us !!! scammer comes to mind, want's item and REFUND !
