  Sadly, the side corner of the base was chipped. I contacted the seller, who replied immediately. I offered to send it back, but she graciously told me to keep it and quickly granted a refund. I would still purchase from her in the future. She had packed the item very well, so I think it was just an unfortunate oversight.
