  The two barrette hair clips arrived yesterday. Unfortunately they are both bent and thus unusable. It is not clear whether the items were damaged in transit (bubble wrap padded envelope) or beforehand. I have contacted the seller, but I have not received a response.

  0.77GBP order,This order is an auction, so I took real photo. I can be 100% sure that the hairpin is in good condition, and the original design of the hairpin is curved. I replied to your email asking you to provide a photo comparison, but you didn't respond. I can't understand how you can lie like this.
