  Item is in perfect condition (maybe even better then the description), and arrived quickly. The box and packaging were just the right size so I feel like the shipping costs were fair. Overall, the seller was communicative and prompt. I would happily buy from them again for sure!

  While the Nutrafol was a counterfeit, the seller had no clue. I let the seller know wht the Nutrafol company had told me and confirmed them as fake, the seller gave me a full refund. The seller was kind and understanding. Again, not their fault at all, they would of never known unless you opened the actual jar. Thank you for the refund and your under standing.👍😎
