  Decorations are just as pictured. Very sturdy and durable. Brand new packaging, great value for the price. Made my birthday extra special. My guests loved it.   Item is listed as a 3-pack. There are only 2 hangers and 2 sets of wheel trays in the box. I emailed the seller and did not receive a reply. UPDATE: Seller reached out after 10 days, apologized and refunded my purchase. Changing my original Negative feedback to Neutral. I am satisfied with the resolution but it should not have happened in the first place. Seller needs to modify the listing. The box sent was never meant to have 3 sets of racks.
