Postage came maybe a day or two after purchase and arrived. 10-11 days after purchase, seller was completely open and highly responsive to questions, but when purchsing do be aware of taxes up to £50 (for me in the UK) for shipping tax. Absolutely would recommend.

I think it of it as an exchange, but this particular guy , provides super excellent service nice letter combine with a handmade item simple but they didn’t have to do that. Excellent packaging. The item was super secured. The item came in just like they had to describe perfect description. The value was far better than the others. It was an expensive item, but still better value than others. shipping is expensiv.Not their fault

Followed up immediately with messages updating me on the shipping process and thanking me for the purchase. Included an origami paper crane in a small envelope in my package.
