    Customer Service - I ordered a band to fit a 42mm Apple Watch Series 10. What I received was a band that fit a 44mm watch with a label added that it fit a 42mm watch with . They say the accept returns. Rather than accepting a return for the correct band, they wanted me to accept new connectors and have them installed by a leather shop. I rejected that solution and requested the correct band. Finally, they told me to order the correct band. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!
