The packaging was outstanding, in its original protective packaging and then shipped in an another durable shipping box. The items inside and collector box were still in original mint condition with no defects or changes to appearance. The description perfectly represented everything that was included and photos were of the actual product not reproductions from the manufacturer.

Offered a partial refund when vinyl was ever so slightly damaged (but still playable). Really appreciate the communication and transparency! Also offered a reasonable price (before partial refund) vs what other sellers were listing similar vinyls. Would love to buy from this seller again!

They have tons of things choice from! Shipped quickly and came just as pictured! Only thing is my case did arrive cracked and without any hesitation they sent out a new case to fix the issue! The seller goes above and beyond! Definitely would order from again and recommend them to others!
