    This item was misrepresented and it's took 4-5 days to get to a resolution which was unsatisfactory. It's taken a total of 13 days to get a partial refund which was unacceptable as far as the value they offered and all during the conversation they tried their best to convince me how they were so upstanding in their customer relations and making comments that did not apply the issue of misrepresentation. The convoluted messages left me with no choice but to say this seller has zero integrity!
