It arrived with no packaging at all and had been rolling around in the van for 2 days so was considerably scuffed. They sell parts to be painted and say the courier is supposed to do this when collected, clearly they don’t. Comms was good when I contacted but was asked for photos and videos to prove the damaged. I haven’t pursued as need to the car on the road. Value would have been good had it been undamaged as in the ad.

The lock package was surrounded / cushioned with layers of corrugated box cardboard and dispatched in a very large box. Very quick delivery. Part was as described and in excellent condition and helped my car pass its MOT. Very pleased. Will have no hesitation in using this seller again . A+++++++++++++++++

Packaging could be bit more secure, received it with broken plug socket, nothing serious just had to swap it from old one and my guess is parcel got damaged in transport. Except that all sound, 100% recommended
