Seller listed an Elvis concert poster as "original," but was in fact an obvious reproduction once it arrived. I politely let the seller know the poster was a reproduction and instead of apologizing, she blamed me for not knowing it was a reproduction from her photos. Had to have eBay step in after 7 days of silence after requesting a return label.

It was packaged very well, so it arrived safely and without any damage. The only downside is that it was not shipped for over a week from when I paid (which was immediately) & I did end up having to contact the seller to ask why it wasn't shipped & then I also had to contact ebay since it still wasn't shipped. Hence neutral rating.
