    Excellent condition chair - very pleased. The item took a few days for despatch, but nonetheless, it arrived in reasonable time. I was present to receive the item, and immediately checked it. I noticed the back headrest was missing and messaged the seller via their Ebay account, and through their own website, as well as lodging a chat message website. I later see a message that the headrest is awaiting despatch, and a few days later, it arrived. It took some effort, but eventually all good.
