I use these tiny reading glasses that fit in a case that is just larger than a pen. The glasses are great but have a tendency to slide down my nose. These Anti Slip do the trick and fit nicely in the very reduced space of the glass case.

They may still slip a little since the legs are still a bit too wide, but they don't fall off when i look down and these grips help them stay on my ears while also feeling like normal glasses legs (i have the ones that don't wrap around the ear, which would likely be more effective but these seem more comfortable)
