They usually have 5-15 positive yet vague reviews from around 6 months to a year old (possibly an old bought or hacked account). They will "ship your item" with any untracked number, and you will never hear from them again. They will do this until they get shut down and dissappear. They aren't selling anything, and you will never receive anything but lengthy wait times dealing with eBay customer service.
