Safely packed, great customer service; however, shipping was complicated. After the label was created, it took six days to be registered as moving in shipping, then while in shipping, it got lost six more days and a case was opened thru the postal service to find it. On that 12th day, it expressly moved in shipping and finally arrived. I don't blame the seller, but I do find it wild that my package was lost 12 days in the process. The seller I rate as positive, the shipping I rate as negative.

Received very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately I had misunderstood the listing. I had assumed each item being sold was a full card (as per the listing picture) of 12 rail joiners pairs. Seemed a great deal - even cheaper than some "home-made" listed joiners! In actual fact each item being sold was just one pair (i.e. just one twelfth of the pictured card). However, I was able to return it for a full refund including return shipping cost - so all is good.

Never received items, contacted seller several times, they said item was shipped ( must be lost) contacted eBay, almost three weeks later got my refund.......I would not recommend this seller. Read the feedback, they have a poor history of following through, Take my advice and purchase elsewhere....you have been warned........
