They were very helpful and well informed, and they explained the DDU/DDP stuff clearly. Also the eta for my camera was 2 days before I leave for my honeymoon, and I ended up receiving it 6 days early, which was a nice surprise. Everything was also very carefully packaged (wrapped in bubble wrap and secured with the crumpled paper filling so it wouldn’t bounce around in the box). I also appreciated that it came in fully charged so I could start testing the photos out right away.
