I did not have the original order number, so I couldnt file a claim with the company. I told the seller and they happily assisted me by contacting the manufacturer and getting it replaced under that warranty, and sent directly to me, so i didnt have to send broken one to seller. FedEx lost package, she shipped another and USPS didnt scan for several days and showed up several days late but not sellers fault. She went above and beyond to make transaction right.
