They made promises such as expedited shipping and 2-4 day delivery which is why I chose them over other sellers The seller did not live up to any of the advertised conditions and after a week I contacted ebay to file a claim the seller sent me a message the next day saying I should receive the item shortly I told them I believe the never had it to sell lto begin with and wanted a full immediate and complete refund.
