Although advertised as taking up to 5 days to be delivered, it is sent digitally and arrives in my e mail within the hour. I ordered another month long vpn on 14th October and still haven't received an e mail back. I have sent 2 messages and had no reply. Normally they would answer a query instantly. It begs the question is Hosts 365 still operating?
