Construction appears to be stainless steel. I could be wrong. All in excellent condition. They seem to be accurate in comparison with another thermometer I have. Put all four of them in the freezer to check the function. They all work and read within a degree of each other. Definitely worth the price.

After I advised the seller on the matter, the situation was dealt with by seller in an exemplary fashion. A new part was sent with priority shipping. Another Postal error delayed receipt by a day or so. The part appears to be correct. I am confident it will fit my Toro mower. The seller was most cooperative and acted in a responsible, professional manner.
