    Seller had this item marked as New. The box that it came in looked like something out of 1970. Shipping took over 10 days, when I am only 1 state away. Reached out to seller asking that he make things right. No response. Had to have eBay get involved. Absolutely would not recommend this seller!!

    The shipping and packaging were bad. This was a heavy metal item. Due to the poor packaging the item was broken during delivery. Upon further inspection the item was not in working order as distributed in the listing. I tried to contact the seller with no success. With no response eBay had to step in to get my refund. I would not buy from this seller again.

    So, the bearing listed is not the bearing that we received. We assumed, since it was written down in the header that we were getting a UCTB210-32" Bearing. What we received was a UCF210-32 Bearing with is a 2-Bolt Flange and not a Tapped Base Pillow Block. I reached out to the seller and saw, prior to sending a message that they do not accept returns. I did send a note telling them we did not get what we thought we were buying but received no response from them. Very disappointed!
