Minor critique in that the laptop was sent in packing peanuts in a box with no bubble wrap or anything, if it had been bashed about more in transit it would have been destroyed. Would recommend a bit more packing in future, but to give it it's due it did arrive without any noticeable damage. Not the exact part number that was in the listing title, but a compatible Lenovo part (Lenovo says it fits T570 and P51s, but T580 is compatible). Arrived properly packed in a Lenovo box but the box has a different part number (crossed out) for a German layout keyboard. The keyboard itself is UK layout and backlit, which is the correct one that was ordered.
