Opitz Gerald Heard (1889-1971) was a well-known author, philosopher, and lecturer. Trained as a historian at Cambridge, he served as the BBC's first science commentator. Later in California he founded and directed Trabuco College, which advanced comparative-religious studies. His broad philosophical themes and scintillating oratorical style influenced many people. Heard wrote thirty-eight books, including his pioneering academic works, several popular devotional books, and a number of mysteries.

    Book as described like new/brand new condition. Packaged extremely well and has a plastic book cover to protect it from moisture/damage. Great deal, great book that can't wait to read. Arrived without damage from the USPS. eBay sellers are the best and wish I can purchase all my books from here and not Amazon, or other places that always fail miserably. Will purchase from the seller again if possible as they care about what they sell and whom they sell it to.
