This keeps happening with Fed Ex, once while I was standing at the end of my walk way and telling them to deliver to my house. They just ignored me and drove away. The correct address is plainly marked with large, readable, reflective stickers. Not a "Great Job" by Fed Ex once again...

The problem I faced is that the operator would not mount to my Janus rollup door. I reluctantly contacted the vendor with this issue, and they offered a discount if I could make it work. I contacted an Overhead Door installer, and he confirmed that it would not work on my door. The vendor sent me an RMA and refunded my payment. I am well pleased with the vendor and highly recommend them.
