This was already sorted and customer is all good later on. Thanks

I did have to send the first 2 back as one was the wrong spec and the other had been dropped on its corner but there was no issue with returning them for replacement and service was very good.Apple MacBook Air 13" 2015, Core i5 1.6ghz, 8GB, 256GB (N° 387498465795)

I don’t understand how they think this is acceptable. They first offered to send a converter which has still not arrived 2 weeks later. Then they offered a partial refund so I could buy one myself but that hasn’t been processed either. Very poor customer service
