Am pleased with item seller could have done more re communication. 👌

However the seller immediately offered a return and full refund, so I rate the transaction as a positive one, It was not the sellers fault, I have no doubt the player was working when dispatched to me. It was well packaged so no fault on the sellers part. Communications about the problem were kind and courteous. So, I'm disappointed not to have the player, but relieved the problem was sorted out quickly.
