When I informed them of the situation they refunded me the price of both the filters which blew me away that a sellers reputation was more important to him than a glitch in profit. Further, the 1 oil filter I did receive was well packaged and arrived with very fast shipping . It was of premium quality at a superior price. I will not hesitate buying from them again. Very Impressed.
