The dress was not at all as pictured and as someone else said they are doing nothing to help neither is eBay. No return label after almost 2 weeks of trying. eBay intervention is not useful at all, they are not honoring their agreement. I have been told different things by different eBay support too. The seller refusing to help. The dress is poor quality and not at all as pictured. Do NOT purchase here. You will be out of luck if anything is wrong!

I have been trying to get them to send me the return label as agreed before purchase so that I can get my money back on this dress because it was not as pictured. I will never buy from them again and I will never buy a dress for an important event on Ebay at all, because even Ebay has not honored their money back guarantee.
