It was not packaged in manufacture packaging, and the packaging was bent in a few places, but the item sustained no damage. The acrylic board has protective film on both sides for protection. Seven (7) colors are included along with a cloth to clean the screen. It is powered by a USB-A cord, but no adapter is included, so this will need to be provided by the buyer. I did plug it in, and the LED lights work. Christmas gift; I didn't try out.

I was suspicious about the sellers location in NJ yet the item was supposedly leaving a City in CA. Maybe they are "over seas"? The emails were lacking at best. They kept telling me it was on the way, give it a few days ect. After a week the tracking showed it got picked up by usps, but then it never moved. I'll never buy from them again. Ebay is great though. Got my refund quickly once notified.
